Aspyr Media, Inc. is a company based in Austin, Texas that specializes in porting Windows games to the Mac OS platform. It has been in business since 1996, and as of 2003, owns sixty percent of the Mac entertainment market. Aspyr has worked closely with partners like Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros., LucasArts, Electronic Arts, Activision, and Eidos Interactive to bring various Windows games to the Macintosh platform.
